As God called the prophets and as Jesus called the disciples, the Holy Spirit has called us — to this time of worship and to life in God’s love always. Welcome – we’re so glad you’ve joined us for worship!

If you have children then let us serve them through our babysitting service (nursery), Children in Worship (CIW) and Little Lambs (LL). Nursery is available in the lobby for ages 0-2. Directions regarding CIW & LL kids for children ages 3 (as of March 2019) through Kindergarten will be provided during morning worship.

Noise reducing headphones are now available to borrow during the morning service at the nursery counter. If your child lives with sensory input concerns, please feel free to use them.

We offer a sensory-friendly worship area for morning services, available in the Music Room (at the end of the hallway past the offices).

Hearing Loop Headsets are available for those who are hard of hearing. Please stop by the sound booth at the back of the sanctuary to receive a headset.

CRC Weekly and Requested Community Announcements pages are available in the rack on the bulletin kiosk.

Prayer Requests for February 17-23

  • FROM OUR MISSIONARIES, CODY & JESSICA ZUIDERVEEN: Thanks for your prayers for us and our ministry here in Haiti. Please join us in praying for the peace of Port-au-Prince during this time of protests and demonstrations. Many people are upset about political corruption and have taken to the streets to protest as a result. Demonstrations began across the country on February 7 and are likely to continue into this week. We are safely waiting at home until we see how things progress. Thanks for joining us in prayer!

  • With the polar vortex, ice storms, and hazardous travel conditions, many people may be feeling isolated and lonely. Pray that they will feel the loving presence of God through the Holy Spirit, and pray that we will find ways that we can demonstrate Christ’s love to them.

  • THANK YOU for all your prayers following my rotator cuff surgery. Recovery is going well, but please continue to pray for additional healing and returning strength. ~ Steve Miedema

Weekly Faith Formation Tip

Doubts aren’t a sign of weak faith—they’re evidence that people are wrestling with big questions. Create an atmosphere in your home that invites kids to ask questions, express doubts, and think and feel their way into the big questions of life. “What do you think about that?” is a very affirming question, no matter what your age is.
